Project Life or Jump Off the Bridge

I took the plunge. I ordered some page protectors to start Project Life. I have a ton of catching up to do, but I'm just going to jump into it and hope for the best. Its the last day of April now, that's four months that haven't seen ink, but I started a journal earlier in the year that with some luck I can turn those into the first stages of an album. I have a giant 12x12 I got for three bucks at Vally Thrift that will work perfectly, and hopefully I won't have to use more than two albums. But most likely, there will be multiples.
I am most inspired for project life by Alie Edwards, Elise Blaha Cripe, Jamaica, and Celine. I first found out about this project from Alie's blog and since then the amount of people following the trend created by Becky Higgins has increased exponentially. I love the way people twist and form their own versions of documenting their individual lives. This kind of intense journaling and collecting seemed daunting to me at first because it requires a ton of attention. I feel like I've written a post like this before. Actually I'm almost certain I have. Anyway, the more I stumble into pages of Project Life from the blog world I realize that this can be anything I want to make it. And that's also something on Becky's blog that she seems to repeat often. You don't have to follow any guidelines because you're making it for yourself. I did order some page protectors to get started; I think they will be a good foundation.  I plan on making some of my own along with altering some I have currently to make them more unique to my style. Yay.
Just writing about it gets me excited to get started.
