Bowie

That's me! I totally painted my face with lipstick.
I tried my hardest to make it look
like Bowie's famous Ziggy Stardust photo.

And he never censored himself or edited anything
for anyone's standards. He is so weird and beautiful
and it is wonderful.

Family Bowling

Yesterday I went bowling for my cousin Spencer's 5th birthday.
Although my bowling was awful, I had a great time.
Its been a while since a bunch of the family has gotten together
to do something fun like that! Then I got to baby sit Josh and Spence and
we played volleyball and tag in the house, played with GO GO the hamster,
and read stories for bed. It was nice.

Thrifty Finds

Friday after class I stopped at Valley Thrift and got some
really cool stuff. The best thing about the Valley is that
they have some great deals and most things are in
surprisingly good condition.

This piece of luggage, for example, was only a dollar. Wonderful condition and
still has the original name tag! Its always cool to see who things
belonged to before they were discarded.

This bag reminds me of my friend Danielle.
She has one just like it. I think I'll embroider something on it.

And finally some new springy sheets. I love the green one!

Fort Love

A treeehouse fort! I long for summer days
in the sunnnn.

One of my favorite movies ever.

I've been wanting to make a fort forever and I just can't
seem to find the time. This one is especially
lovely. Look at that couch turned on its side!
